Felt like having some Italian food today so I grabbed whatever I could from my humble fridge & set about whipping up my own concoction of Bacon Aglio Olio Mayo style. Instead of the usual sauce based pasta, I made mine slightly different adding just a dash of olive oil & a handful of mozarella cheese & herbs/spices. The end product was a rather dry & crispy texture but nonetheless tasty.
