Was feeling a little hungry and wanted something rather sinful. Grabbed a packet of semi prepared white carrot cake that I bought from my local supermarket & got down to business. I chopped the huge chunk of white carrot cake into loose cubes & pan fried the lot together with some yummy XO special sauce, 'cai por', beansprouts, 2 eggs, a spoonful of homemade 'shrimp paste' chilli & some dark soya sauce. Piping hot dark sweet carrot cake at 1am. Guilty!
