Mr K & I wanted to snack on some carrot cake but he wanted the 'black' sweetened version while I wanted the 'white' version retaining it's natural flavor. Hence to please both our taste buds, I whipped up both versions. Problem solved.
Black VS White
Penang style dark soya XO sauce carrot cake with beansprouts.
White crispy carrot cake with eggs.
Must be pan/stir fried till crispy and served hot with chilli!
